Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• You must share clear photos or videos showing the damage.
• The product must be purchased directly from www.cutebundles.com. For purchases made on third-party platforms, please refer to their respective return policies.
How to Report an Issue
To raise a damaged product claim, please:

2. Mention your order number, describe the issue briefly, and attach photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.
3. Our team will evaluate your claim and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
Refund or Replacement Process
• If your claim is approved, we’ll either:
• Send a free replacement, or
• Process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds/replacements are not applicable for products that are opened, used, or reported beyond the 48-hour window.
Important Notes
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons like personal preference, dislike of fragrance/texture, or change of mind or incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability at the time of delivery.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Products must be returned (if requested) in their original packaging.
