COD Confirmation:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders receive a WhatsApp confirmation message to confirm or cancel.
  • Orders are shipped automatically after 15 minutes, even without a reply — so act fast if you need to cancel.

Prepaid Orders:

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled by reaching out to us via WhatsApp: +919176702494 (or) email at care@cutebundles.com within 15 minutes of placing the order.
    ✅ This short window ensures fast dispatch, especially for essential items like baby wipes that need to reach you on time.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Orders typically arrive within 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Deliveries to remote areas may take a bit longer.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping is available on most orders.
  • Any applicable shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout.
  • COD orders include a ₹50 handling fee, added during checkout.

Delivery Areas:

  • We currently ship across India.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
  • COD orders can only be cancelled by responding to the WhatsApp confirmation within 15 minutes.
  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled by contacting our team via WhatsApp: +919176702494 (or) emailing care@cutebundles.com within the same 15-minute window.

Please note: If a prepaid order is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability at the time of delivery, we will not be able to issue a refund. Kindly ensure accurate address details and availability to avoid this.
